Could this be TMJ???

for the last few weeks ive been having headaches day in and day out.. and they are located on like the front and frontal sides of the head (near temples).. also ive been having a lot of jaw pain.. lately i also been chewsing a lot of gum and been eating plenty of starbursts back in dec when i bought a few huge 5lb bags.. could soemthign like ths be tmj.. and if so what can i do at home to help this? thank u
