I had an echo done while pregnant and it shows I have mild pulmonary hypertension, should this concern me?

could this be a problem I could have during pregnancy and go away afterwards? I was confused when I read about it online because it seems to be high blood plessure in the heart yet I have and have always had low blood pressure with a standard blood pressure test. I have an appointment with a cardiologist but I would like some answers as soon as possible.
