Scared I might have cancer in the pelvic region?

I have been worried for a bit about this lump I am feeling in my left pelvic region. It feels hard and long (kinda like a tube)... I recently got two ultrasounds done prescribed by my gynecologist it was it pelvic ultrasound non ob and a transl ultrasound non ob. The results from them came back all normal. I am not sure if on these ultrasounds they would be able to see the lump; i'm not sure if it primarily focuses on the female organs and does not look all around in the pelvic region. My lump is next to my hip-bone... I am getting a Colonoscopy done next Friday because I have also been seeing a GI doctor because I have been having abdominal pain and and I bloated; and the left side seems to stick out just a little bit further than the right... I have also had this persistent sore throat and occasional headaches and frequent gas pains in my chest. I am 22 years old, and I told my family and friends about my fear of it being cancer, but they all say I am crazy and that more than likely it is nothing to worry about... Anyone have any advice on what I should do? or know if this lump im feeling on the left side is nothing (like maybe a muscle or something?)... Thanks in advance :)
