I live next to a womens rehab & I when I walked p them in public I got the willies, do you think they knew?

Most likely they might have due to your alcohol intake( ppl that drink tend to over do stuff, such as talking loud.) They likely just heard and disregarded what you had said, due to your actions of being loud, which you mostly are not loud most of the time( because they know you very well due to you living next store.)
