How can I get my boyfriend to quit looking at other girls s?

My boyfriend will not stop staring at other girls s!! Whenever we are out my boyfriend will not stop!! I mean I have told him to but all he says is "I am just looking at her and thinking how jealous she is of yours." I mean I bout it the first time but now he is just looking and looking and looking!! AHHHHH HELP!!!
