I know a deadbeat mom.?

This woman has three daughters with different husbands who have custody and was court ordered to pay child support in Alabama. She only works where she can get paid "under the table" to avoid having to pay her child support. Now living in Kansas and doing quite well, she is behind by at least 15 years. Is there someway she can be made to pay what she rightfully owes? She attempts to make people feel sorry for her because she has no contact with her daughters..........I just think all the focus is on deadbeat dads and for whatever reason the "moms' among us who ditch their responsibility get away with it. If anyone knows who I can report her to please advise.
