I need some answers and help! I work in a professional medical setting, I have a coworker who needs help!?

We believe she has faked a pregnancy, she said she was high risk and this past weekend She lost the baby at 7 months, she has everyone believing this and feeling sorry for her, she never gained any weight,no symptons,no prenatal vitamins. She went to the hospital out of town and was discharged the same afternoon after the delivery. We have caught her in lies before, everyone is very concerned we are afraid she is unstable! How can we we get proof that the stillbirth never happened, the day she came home from the hospital she was physicaly fine no pain or discomfort? She is single, no one to dispute her story except for the fabricated boyfriend we know does not exist! what do we do? Concerned coworkers? Would like to hear from anyone that works OBGYN!
