If dyslexics spelt words deliberately wrongly would they have more chance of spelling things correctly?

I have to do this because it is just so easy. You are talking about dyslexic people in a sentence which verges on an affront to the English language. I think what you mean to ask is "If dyslexics spelled words in a deliberately wrong fashion, would they then have a greater chance of spelling things correctly?" Your problem is that "spelt" is not a word, 'deliberately wrongly' is incorrect in an almost indecipherable number of ways, and 'more chance' is a colloquialistic phrase. You also have an issue with non-specific relative references in 'more chance.' On the upside, you only spelled one word incorrectly!
