Problem with toshiba satillite pro L20 has stopped working.?

one day last week i was on the internet and the screen flashed blue and it switched off, when i tried to start up again it loads up till the windows page, flashed blue and restarts again. i have tried safe mode, need help, any advice would be greatfull of. many thanks ivan.
