Question about 'seed warts'?

I have a few, what they call 'seed warts'. Timy bumps here and there that are really loose on the skin, and my concern and question is that if one was accidentally removed, can I in fact bleed to death as if a mole was removed...or is it not as bad? Reason why I ask this is that I have one on my neck, and when I wear a seatbelt, it irritates it and just this past week it became red and irritated, and kinda hardened up....and now, it's gotten alot smaller than it was..but anyway, does anyone know about these and the removal of them, dangers, and what not?? Thanks!!
