What is the brown stuff on my plant leaves?

HI Aaron, it's brown algae, nothing to worry about in moderation-I get it too on some of my older leaves, my Goldfish love it & are constantly nibbling these down to stumps! Your parameters sound fine-check the amount of time your lights are on-anything over 10 hours in 24 is going to be overkill & produce excess algae.
